It is an OSHE week this weekdays. The company's had lots of talk sessions about health and safety. There's lots of booth for medical check up etc and this one booth tersorok sedikit got my interest...:)

 

Actually dah lama dah teringin nak do this but keep on postponing sebab malas nak turun la etc. Back in uni's age, I had it almost every 3 months or at least once a year..When I started working, I was not valid more to do this because of my weight...

Yes!! You're seeing my blood yang Allah pinjamkan ni is taking out from my body to be shared with hamba-hamba Allah yang lain yang lebih memerlukan.

Every time doing this, nak tak nak mesti dada rasa dup dap dup dap...Nak kata takut tu takla, but more to suspense kut...hahaha. Ntah hape2 kan..

I can't recall to receive this ubat from my previous sessions. Tapi dah diorang bagi, so just amik la, but menyesal tak tanya ubat ni untuk apa, coz ended up, tak makan pun, and terus masuk Mr Dustbin...so sad..

And got this new book sebab yang dah lama p mana pun tak tau...:) Just a record of how many time buat blood donations and to ensure kita x donate blood less than 3 months from the previous session..

And they forced me to take this two. So kita bawa naik ofis je..:)

Went to a talk by this doctor/expertise on diet and supplements. Memang menarik...nanti kita share info in next entry ya..
